- Street Outreach / Violence Prevention / Interruption
- Transformative Mentoring (Attention Intensive Mentoring)

A Developmental, Healing-Centered Experience
The Peacemaker Fellowship® is not a program—it’s a process. A 24+-month journey of healing, accountability, and leadership development for those whose lives have been shaped by violence and systemic neglect. Our Fellows make the choice to change their lives. We help make that change possible—and permanent.
A Demonstrated Return on Investment
When implemented with fidelity, the Peacemaker Fellowship® consistently reduces retaliatory gun violence in partner cities by 20% or more within the first 24 months. Between 2018 and 2024, the Fellowship helped save partner cities an estimated $360 million to $1.4 billion in gun violence-related costs. One life saved—economically and morally—makes the investment worthwhile.

Bring the Fellowship to Your City or County
Whether you’re a mayor, city manager, school superintendent, county official, or community-based leader—if you’re ready to bring a results-driven, life-saving strategy to those most impacted by violence, Advance Peace is ready to partner.
The Peacemaker Fellowship® On Demand is here when your community is ready to do more than respond to violence—when you’re ready to prevent it, interrupt it, and transform it.
